The arena for
orchestrating creativity
and innovation.

A meeting place for real challenges and the minds that can solve them. Open. Live. Public.

Manifesto

Here, from care, ideas are born.

The straight line

Matter, reason, stability.

The curve

Life, spirit, becoming.

The arc

Joins them. Every good idea is their harmony.

Form follows life.

Design becomes an instrument of healing. An act of care for the way we live, dwell, heal and live together.

Verticals

Real problems cut across fields.

Six scenes of convergence, where disciplines meet and connect.

Health × technology × bioethics

„How we heal."

Life Science

Diagnosis, treatment, applied longevity. Challenges at the meeting point of clinical AI, biotech and self-care.

Matter × engineering × ecology

„How we build. How we dwell."

Material Science

New materials, sustainable processes, long life cycles. Where nanotechnology, biomaterials and design meet for a different way of living.

Climate × policy × engineering × behavior

„How we live with the planet."

Planet & Climate

Energy transition, circular economy, urbanism, biodiversity. Challenges that demand engineering and behavioral change at once.

Sociology × design × technology × policy

„How we live together."

Society & Community

Inclusion, education, cohesion. Institutional interventions that deliver where sociology, urban design and technology meet.

AI × ethics × human experience × organization

„How we think. How we work."

AI & Tech

Applied artificial intelligence, intelligent systems, automation. Products that solve real problems, beyond the technical demo.

Art × technology × narrative × meaning

„How we give form to meaning."

Art & Creative

Innovation in form, beyond function. Aesthetics, narrative and meaning turned into real differentiation, where art intersects technology.

The ARC format · in three acts
01 / Input

A real challenge.

You identify a question that matters.

02 / Process

Comparable solutions.

Creative minds gather around it.

03 / Output

A reasoned decision.

The answer is born in public.

Answers are born in public.

Participants in the arena

Two roles. The same stage.

Organizations bring the real questions. People prove their ideas. Each on their own path.

Real challenges.
Concrete solutions.

For companies, R&D, people with an innovation agenda. You bring the challenge. The relevant community gathers around it. The jury is calibrated. The competition runs in public.

  • You articulate the challenge once. The community responds with comparable solutions.
  • You see 5–50 proposals evaluated live, in the same frame and against the same criteria.
  • The decision is made publicly, with visible criteria and an independent jury.
  • Winners move straight into implementation. The rest join your talent pool.
  • You leave with a solution and a community of people validated through performance.
The outcome
Your solution, chosen in front of the community. The process, ready to run again.

Your ideas.
On a real stage.

For researchers, founders, makers, engineers and people with ideas. You enter the arena. The criteria are public. The jury speaks live. The idea is what counts.

  • You demonstrate ideas before a community that reasons out loud.
  • You earn visibility based on observable performance.
  • You get reasoned feedback from the jury, live, before your eyes.
  • You join the talent pool that organizations actively seek.
  • You win prizes, implementation contracts and real openings into the industry.
The outcome
Recognition validated through performance. A community of peers. Access to the organizations looking for solutions like yours.
How it works

Four acts. On the same stage.

Every challenge runs on a clear calendar, announced from the start. The same choreography, whether you bring the question or the answer.

01

The question arrives here

Your objective becomes a clear brief. Visible criteria. Measurable outcomes. Public from day zero.

02

People come

People from the six fields of practice formulate answers. Solo or in teams. Different approaches in the same space.

03

Answers are argued live

In public, live. Visible criteria. Reasoned votes. Instant feedback. The best idea wins.

04

What remains after

The organization leaves with implementable solutions. People with visibility and collaborations. Everyone with a new basis to work from.

How the whole process is seen

Transparency as a working system.

Live evaluation before the community

The evaluation is broadcast in real time. Jurors reason out every decision before everyone. The recording stays archived.

Criteria defined before the start

All participants enter with the same criteria, defined publicly. Everyone knows how they'll be evaluated. The standard stays fixed from start to finish.

Feedback built on reasoning

Every participant understands why they placed where they did. The reasoning is part of the process.

The process becomes visible. Value becomes measurable. The decision becomes clear.

The ARC philosophy

ARC raises questions.

Three coordinates that hold Arc together. What we do, where we're headed, what for. Quotes signed by the founders, in their own words.

What we do

We challenge industries, schools, cities and minds to lean into what matters.

We bring open, collaborative, interdisciplinary challenges for everyday life. Every theme starts from a real question about people, community, the city, the planet.

„Arc doesn't award. Arc raises questions."

Where we're headed

A global space where essential ideas take form.

Ideas that raise the quality of life and honor the balance between reason and feeling. Design becomes an instrument of healing, an act of deep care for how we live together.

„Here, ideas are born from care, not from haste."

What for

The best ideas come from unexpected intersections.

We bring together the people who create to heal, to connect and to transform. We want design that aligns the world with what is truly human.

„Design isn't a product. It's a promise."

Frequently asked questions

FAQ. No detours.

What organisations and participants ask us most often.

How much does it cost to bring a challenge?

It varies with complexity, target audience and the level of orchestration required (jury, physical events, prizes). For dedicated pricing, fill in the „Bring a challenge" form. We'll come back with a proposal within 48 hours.

Who sits on the jury?

For each challenge we calibrate a jury of 3–7 specialists relevant to the field. Their profiles are public from launch. Jurors are independent of the organization bringing the challenge. Independence is the rule.

How does live judging work?

A public event (online or hybrid), with the jury present and the criteria shown on stage. Each juror justifies their score. The result is computed live. The recording stays archived and accessible anytime.

Can I take part without an account?

The brief and criteria are accessible without an account. To submit, you need a short profile: 3 fields, under 90 seconds. We ask only for what's strictly necessary.

What do winners get?

It varies by challenge. A cash prize, an implementation contract, mentorship, editorial exposure or combinations. The details are public on each challenge's page. No surprises.

How do you protect the IP of solutions?

Clear terms per challenge, negotiated before launch between Arc Conect and the organization. People know from the moment they submit what happens to their idea. We refuse clauses that abuse the author. It's part of what „radical transparency" means.
